EVS36 Call for Abstracts

Call for Abstracts

Under the theme “Driving the Transition to E-Mobility,” EVS36 invites abstract submissions for the 36th Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exposition hosted by EDTA on June 11-14, 2023 in the City of Sacramento, California, USA.

As an annual gathering of the world’s EV experts, EVS36 features cutting-edge research and showcases innovative technologies and market developments. This is your opportunity to serve as a presenter in the EVS36 program. We request abstracts of papers covering research, market and government activities across all fields related to hybrid, battery, and fuel cell technologies, associated infrastructure and services.

During EVS36, a juried paper program will consist of lecture presentations via four-person panel and dialogue sessions with presenters utilizing a poster and limited space for a specialist discussion.  Presenters will be authors of papers accepted by a committee of distinguished reviewers, experts from the electric drive value chain.

As noted below, abstract authors may indicate their preferred presentation format but will be notified at the time of acceptance of the format assigned by EVS36 organizers. Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to submit a final paper, to be presented in a lecture or dialogue session during the symposium.

All final papers will be published in EVS36 Proceedings and select papers will be published in the World Electric Vehicle Association (WEVA) Journal.

All accepted presenters must register as delegates and attend the meeting to present.
